Anisha Bakshi completed her BSc. With Honors from Birmingham city university in the United Kingdom and later completed her MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai after returning to India. She previously worked for a Multinational company in BKC and after gaining significant corporate experience, she joined The Blue Roof Club as an Executive Director. With 5 years of hospitality experience, she envisions a healthier and greener thane and pledges to be a part of the reforming business biosphere by contributing her expertise in shaping the wellness and recreational roadmap. With strong management and operational skills, her vision is to uplift the service industry in thane, a city with goliath potential.

Abhijeet Salvi has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, his skills advanced significantly during his tenure at a 5-star property in Dubai, where he experienced pivotal career growth. He completed hospitality management from Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Hospitality, Mumbai. He thrives on inspiring teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding results. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality, optimizing operational efficiency, and mentoring teams to achieve excellence. He thrives in creating memorable guest experiences while driving business growth and operational success.

General Manager Sales and Marketing

Joy Kairanna completed his bachelor's degree from Mumbai University. With 30 years of experience in the real estate, banking, and hospitality sectors, he is currently working at Blue Roof Club as the General Manager of Sales & Marketing. He believes that customer satisfaction does not end after a successful sale, but it is the after-sales service that enhances the customer journey. With strong leadership skills and teamwork, he believes in motivation, integrity and numbers.

Events Manager

Sunil Bishnoi completed his B.com from Veer Narmad South Gujarat university. With over 9 years of industry experience, he has perfected the skill to manage events at The Blue Roof Club and has a pivotal role in planning, organising and implementing tasks to generate the best output and customer satisfaction. With his goal and focus orientation, he has the skill to draft and to execute events with excellent professionalism.

AGM Admin and Operations

Chetan Bhoir, has completed his schooling and Bachelor's degree in Thane. With eight years of experience in hospitality and marketing, Chetan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. At The Blue Roof Club, he specializes in managing and administrative tasks. His focus on quality and client satisfaction has made a significant impact on the operations.

AGM Sales and Marketing

Sawan Puli completed his Graduation from Mumbai University . With 15 years of experience in the timeshare & hospitality Industry .He is currently working as Assistant General Manager Sales with Blue Roof Club.

Blue Cabana restaurant and in-house caterers

Priitam Junnarkar, completed his education and training from Ealing Hammersmith and West London College in the United Kingdom with a Post Graduate in Hospitality Management, he combines global hospitality standards with innovative culinary craftsmanship to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Renowned for his expertise in signature desserts, creative menu development, and seamless service management, Pritam has contributed to elevating numerous dining establishments and large-format events with his skill and leadership. His dedication, international exposure, and passion for guest satisfaction make him a key force in shaping premium hospitality experiences.

Blue Cabana restaurant and in-house caterers

Karan Modhwadia completed his education from Mumbai University, he brings a strong foundation in marketing, hospitality management, and the supply of imported food products. His career spans hotel operations, corporate catering, and end-to-end service management, where he has developed a reputation for operational excellence and refined communication skills. At Blue Roof Club, he leads the in-house catering division & resturant, ensuring seamless execution, consistent quality, and a high level of client satisfaction.
